Marriott Desert Springs II Luxury Guest Room

Positive: Big room, lots of towels by the pool. Nice to have several pools. Friendly staff helped make up sofa beds. Rooms have balconies and kitchenettes. Negative: Late (4pm) check in and early (10am) check out leaves little time to enjoy the property. Construction, no food or drinks available at the time needed including breakfast. A lack of information of how to find amenities and check out.

Positive: The views and the room was clean and comfortable Negative: They told us the room would be ready at 4pm and gave us the keys. It was not ready to occupy until 6pm! This is not acceptable.

Positive: Alles sehr gut ausgestattet und sauber Negative: Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht, aber es wurde uns nur eins gegeben da es anscheinend ein Fehler bei der Buchung gab, so wurde es uns erzählt im Hotel von Booking wurde es richtig gebucht aber das Hotel hat ein Fehler gemacht und wir mussten uns ein Zimmer zu viert teilen kein Entgegenkommen von dem Hotel

Positive: I enjoy the room and how they had dishes that we could use and wash them afterward. I love how they had plenty of towels love that. Negative: The toilet was stopped up, and I was late to my friend's funeral.

The reasonable price made the visit worth it Positive: Nice landscaping and comfortable room, great view from our room into the golf course. Staff was highly responsive. Negative: We prefer smaller resorts. This one was nice but huge. BBQs were available however not all were functioning at the time of our visit. The downer for us was the pool: overcrowded and noisy.
