Easy to find and accommodated early check-in.  Condo was spacious and minimalist… shuttle service to and from Center was frequent and friendly.  Dining was pleasurable. Exercise room was sufficient with no crowding.  Overall an enjoyable stay.

This is a  beautiful and fun yet peaceful place to stay! The sunrise over the water is so beautiful in the morning and everyone I encountered was so nice. The newly remodeled shower is amazing! I love the location that  it is so close to Disney Cove and 10 minutes from the location I needed to go for a national competition several days. It is so helpful to have a kitchen and washer and dryer for convenience.

We had a great stay at Robert's place!  The condo was spotless and quiet, and we had a great view.  The beds were very comfortable!  It looks like an older building, but the interior has been recently updated and is very nice.  We would definitely stay here again!

Vacations Simplified

This was a perfect location for my husband’s conference!   He had a 5-10 walk on a paved walkway.  The staff were friendly and responsive.  Our daughter and her husband enjoyed the close proximity to Disney’s Magic Kingdom and Villa’s less crowded pool.   They also enjoyed their walk to the main Hotel to enjoy the HUGE main pool!   Overall, a great location for our family!

We've stayed at Marriott Summitt Watch a few times booking directly through Marriott. This is the first time booking with Robert. Robert was very attentive and easy to work with and the price was fantastic.. The property is in a great locaction on Main Street near all of the bars and restaurants. town lift and Park City Transit Center and stops. The hotel does need a refresh which I knew before I booked this room  from previous stays so there was nothing unexpected when I arrived. I was able to check in and get into my on a Sunday morning at 10am which was great since check in time is 4pm. I definitely would book through Robert again to stay at Summit Watch.

The place was perfect for our wedding. It was absolutely beautiful and we were given a great room with a full ocean view when I called the hotel and mentioned we were guests of the owner. The balcony was a beautiful backdrop for some wedding pictures in the condo. The it was amazing! I couldn't have chosen a more beautiful place for our special day! Will definitely be back!

If you're visiting Heavenly / South Lake Tahoe, you could not ask for a better location.  Direct access to the gondola, right in the village surrounded by restaurants and shops, easy valet parking, and the amenities were fantastic.  We were looking for convenience and things to do that were family-friendly as we were traveling with our 3-yr old.  It was great for us for convenience and all the things to do, including the heated pool and hot tubs.  The only thing to note, if you are planning a trip with little ones, the 3-4 yr old ski school is at the California Lodge only, so we would drive our daughter over in the mornings for drop-off and pick-up, but it was 7 min away and easy to come and go.  Anyone 5yrs and up can take lessons from the base at this location.  We will plan to visit here again.  We loved it!

We had a fantastic time staying at Robert's place. The location is unbeatable with an easy walk to the Quicksilver lift. All apres-ski activities are right out the door as well - pool & hot tub, shops, restaurants, coffee, bars. Would recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy Breck.

We enjoyed out stay at this property.  We took full advantage of the kitchen, particularly the coffee maker, toaster, and refrigerator.  Heavenly gondola and village were right there, and it's a short walk to the casino's at stateline.  The room was at the farthest back of the property, but that was a minor inconvenience as the property was very easy to navigate and get around.  The parking valet service was very easy to use and car retrieval did not take long at all.  If I have to nitpick, the heating system is a bit noisy, but that is more an issue of the Marriott property than who I rented the property from.  I also had a water leak in the shower at first when the shower door did not close snugly, but I figured that out shortly after.  I also noticed that the hinge side of the shower door has a small gap when the door is closed, but I pointed the shower head away from it and had no issues from there.  I recommend this property and renter, and will look to stay here again.

This is a wonderful, clean, luxurious and smoke free suite at a Marriott property at a much more affordable price.  It’s an extremely convenient  location right on the strip.  Everything we did is walkable or short easy ride share or taxi to The Sphere, the airport or if you don’t want to walk.   Great amenities too.  Robert even had a second unit that our friends rented so we could make the trip together.
