Took our money...overbooked..then said there's nothing they can do about it
Negative: Booked 6 months ago and paid for the room ahead of time. When we arrived they didn't have our reservation and said they overbooked it and there was nothing they could do about it. They told us we might have to just drive back home. This was paid in full over 6 months ago. We had to find last minute accommodations and it took up most of our vacation day. Not to mention the stress. Be careful booking with this property. We are still in the process of trying to get our money back.

Beautiful location! We even got to see elk hanging out in the parking lot.
