This was booked for employees working out of town. I received the message to complete a online check in, that was done. Received another message saying that was a problem with my payment. However, when booking it said we needed to pay a deposit and pay remainder at check in. The deposit was charged to my card. I got another message stating my reservation was accepted along with full check in information. I replied stating I completed the online check in, asked if there was still a payment issue. That our card was charged the deposit. No response to my message, received a message for check in questionnaire. When my employee got there for check in he was told there was no booking. I called the host, who said the booking was not completed due to payment issue. I reiterated that when booking it would only allow me to pay the deposit and required the remainder at check in. He said he would call me back, never did. I sent a message AGAIN stating my employee was there trying to check in, got the response that there was an issue with the payment and since the booking is for the same day there is nothing they can do. So last minute I had to find somewhere else to place my employees. This was an absolute terrible experience. And to top it off that night I received a message " I hope youve settled in comfortably and are truly enjoying your stay with us." Why would I receive the check in details and settled in messages if it was never booked??
