Vacation

Our balcony overlooked the ocean and it was a beautiful view. The room was nice, but the bathroom floor needed and intense cleaning. The tile was stained and looked terrible, one of the TV remotes didn't work and the phone did not work. I couldn't call the desk so when I went down I told them but they never took care of anything. The pool was not open because it was being repaired from the last hurricaine.
