Marriott Timber Lodge Luxury Studio

This place is extremely busy with guests coming and going all the time. Rooms are loud you can hear people in the next room and hallways.Nice facilities in general. Good location I would book here again.

The lodge is a great place to stay. My issue was that I reserved a room for 2 adult and 2 children and the reservation said the room had a king bed and a sofa bed. When we arrived, the room had a king bed and a chair that converts to a twin bed (not a sofa that converts to a full/queen bed). I asked at the front desk and was told that my room is actually meant to sleep 2, not 4. It is a very comfortable room if you have 2-3 people but know that this booking is misleading. If you have 4 people, someone will be sleeping on the floor. I reached out when I returned but have yet to hear back from the renter.

The location and amenities were fantastic, close to shoppes, restaurants, casinos and nearby beaches and trails. The customer service was superb by all staff! The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Loved the multiple hooks to hang things on near door. Could have used 1 or 2 luggage stands in the room. Also toilet didn’t flush correctly. Gate in courtyard near pool shuts very noisy and seemed to be missing springs to slow as shuts so seems could catch fingers of little kids. Would definitely return to this location again!

We had a wonderful time. There were a lot of things to do.

All was amazing. Clean. Convenient. Great amenities.
