You don't know exactly where your room will be located within the property but it really doesn't matter, it's such a great place to stay. The rooms are always as described. This is one of our favorite places to stay in Tahoe.

Lovely place
Very spacious, well appointed, and clean. The staff on site were extremely nice & helpful. Check in/out was a breeze. Location can't be beat. Located in Heavenly Village with lots of shops & excellent restaurants. Quick walk to casinos. We would definitely stay here again.

Check in
I arrived early. Had to walk a great distance (went the wrong direction). Once arriving at front desk all went smoothly. I got text with instructions for check in 10 minutes before 4. I was already in room, unpacked and resting.
