Further updates on the resort’s operating status will be provided on this page should weather conditions warrant.     Construction Updates Please note that beginning on April 1, 2025, the Frenchman’s Cove will undergo emergency repairs to sections of the road pavers on site. The project is anticipated to be complete by October 1, 2025. Please anticipate construction noise during this time. Resort elevators modernization will occur March 1, 2026, through June 30, 2026. Please be aware that the building elevator will be out of order during this time (most buildings only have one elevator). Please anticipate construction noise during business hours. Members of our resort team will be available to assist with luggage and golf cart pick-ups. Service Animal Policy Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility. Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment. General Property Updates Effective May 1, 2017, the U.S Virgin Island’s “Environmental/ Infrastructure Impact Fee” on timeshare occupancy requires the resort to collect a nightly fee of $25 for each timeshare villa occupied by an Owner or an exchange guest. Needed a one night stay in St Thomas for four. This location is a Vacation Club resort (which I have stayed at several times before) and I was happy it was available for the one night. My research for other rentals left me unsure since I was not familiar with other locations in St Thomas. This rental was perfect and eased any anxiety I had.
