Important Alerts
Guests should be aware of the following:
South Florida's Turtle Season runs from March through October. Please close your blackout drapes in all oceanfront villas before 9 p.m., and refrain from using artificial lighting at the beach after sunset to protect the local wildlife.
Construction Updates
The Cobia/Pompano pool deck and pool will be closed for refurbishment from Oct. 6, 2025, to Nov. 30, 2025. All other resort pools and amenities are expected to remain open during this time. Please anticipate construction noise during business hours.
From Oct. 6, 2025, to Nov. 30, 2025, the parking lot and driveway areas between the Sailfish building north parking lot and the Pompano building south parking lot will undergo asphalt resurfacing. During this time, parking may be limited, and noise can be expected during business hours.
Cashless Resort
There is no cash available at this property, and credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment.
Service Animal Policy
Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.
Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

Roberts condo in Palm beach was the perfect get away for my wife and I’d short trip. The location couldn’t have been better with easy access to multiple pools and the beach. Will definitely be back! The host is super responsive and the view is great.<br/>Unfortunately the bathroom door would not close, the toilet leaked, kitchen sink stopped up, outlets not functioning on one side of the bed, and the floor coming up in the bathroom.<br/>Basically the place is old and tired. We had a fantastic stay at this condo. The resort staff was super responsive and got us everything we may have needed during our stay. The resort itself was beautiful. We loved the music by the pool and the options for food/drinks right there. The beach was gorgeous and very easy to get to. I loved that the gates required a card to access so we knew it was secure. The room itself was clean and perfect for 2 kids and 2 adults. I would recommend renting a car to anyone that was on the fence about it. We were able to walk a few places and otherwise we took an Uber. Robert gave me all the info that I needed and even sent reminders leading up to our trip. The communication was above and beyond which I really appreciated! Overall we had a fantastic stay!! Great place, really enjoyed it!
