Nestled amid the world's best known and most incredible theme parks and attractions, sensational shopping and delectable dining, our resort is adjacent to the Marriott Golf Academy and Grande Vista Golf Club restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities. SERVICE ANIMAL POLICY
Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.
Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

For the safety and consideration of all our guests, please follow these guidelines when using the resort pools:
•Pools are open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., weather permitting.
•Please do not use towels or personal items to save pool chairs for more than 30 minutes. Property left unattended longer than 30 minutes will be removed and secured by our Safety & Security team so other guests may enjoy the chairs.
•For pool towels, scan your room key at a towel tracker machine located on each pool deck. Please take only one towel per guest in your party and return them at any towel machine before leaving the pool.
•Inflatable pool floats are not allowed (except floats for infants and life jackets or swim armbands for small children).
*No lifeguards are on duty at the pool or other water areas. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in these areas.

Very lovely resort with so much to do & close to the theme parks & pretty much everything else you would want to do in Orlando. The check in was a BREEZE & so quick. In fact, I don’t think I’ve ever had a check in go so quickly. The resort is so pretty with so much to offer. I honestly did not want to leave! The condo accommodations were perfect too. In a great location, very quiet & overlooking a golf course out back. The resort was super quick to bring us any extra towels, sheets, etc. One of the tv remotes stopped working & a maintenance guy came by right away to fix it. I don’t have any complaints but maybe a few suggestions. In most Airbnb’s we are used to having basic kitchen items. This condo did have basic kitchenware, but not any salt & pepper, which I guess surprised me. Had to go back to store to get it. And cooking spray. There were coffee packets, sugar packets but no coffee maker. Again these are not complaints. I will absolutely return!! Thank you 🩷 This place was very beautiful. Very clean and all of the staff was amazing! We look forward to the next time! I loved Robert's Villa . Beautiful trip stay and would definitely book again ! The Marriott Grande Vista is a home away from home. Spectacular villa, surroundings and amenities. We will be back!
