General Property Updates
All Owners and guests are required to wear property wristbands while using the resort amenities. One-bedroom and Guestroom reservations are able to have up to 4 wristbands per room. Two-bedroom reservations are able to have up to 8 wristbands. Wristbands must be worn at all times in resort common areas. The resort is not able to give or sell additional wristbands.
On-site parking is $25 daily per vehicle for all rental reservations. Parking fees are included for Owner stays and other vacation ownership package reservations.
All U.S. Postal Service mail must include a P.O. Box to be delivered to the resort. The full mailing address is: 1305 Lowell Avenue, PO Box 4109, Park City UT 84060
Durable Medical Equipment

Construction Updates
Landslide repair work will occur nearby from Mar. 1, 2024, through Jun. 30, 2024. Please anticipate construction noise from the backside of our property during this time.
The MountainSide Pool will be closed from Sept. 15, 2024, through Nov. 6, 2024, for pool lining refurbishment. Please anticipate construction noise during this time.
Additionally, expect some minor construction noise may be heard between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m daily.

Service Animal Policy
Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.
Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

Nice, but with all the other options, wouldn’t stay there again
Positive: Quiet and clean. Great location for ski in and out but you have to drive everywhere else. Front desk was great for restaurant suggestions. Easy to find.
Negative: A little confusing as it’s run like a hosted BnB or vacation club where you’re a guest of the homeowner. No restaurant or amenities onsite. Weird layout to room.
