Description
A Grand Residence that feels like home, Lake Tahoe, is in the center of all the action on the South Shore of Lake Tahoe. Summer, winter, spring or fall, Lake Tahoe teems with activity. It is a place where you can catch fish most days of the year, and the Sierra Nevada provides opportunities for hiking, biking, horseback riding and rock climbing amongst other activities, restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities, nightlife. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers.

Construction Update
The pool will be closed for refurbishment from Sept. 2 through Oct. 1, 2025. During this time, the whirlpool spas and barbecue grills will also be closed. Thank you for your understanding as we make this important update.
Work occurs Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
This unit is not necessarily the one in the picture; it will be assigned at the time of check-in.

General Property Updates
Four electric car charging stations are available for a one-time charge of fee $15.
Off-site parking is available for a fee.
On-site valet parking only. Effective Apr. 3, 2023, valet parking is available for a fee of $35US daily.
The resort does not offer self-parking or parking of boats, recreational vehicles, trailers, or vehicles taller than 6 feet, 10 inches.
Packages are available for pickup in the lobby or delivery to your villa by our Safety & Security team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
All incoming packages will incur a handling fee based on the item’s size (see below).

Handling fees will be applied as a room charge upon the package’s arrival if a credit card has been placed on file. Handling fees that cannot be applied as a room charge will be due upon delivery to the recipient.
The package’s recipient must be present with valid identification at the time of delivery.
Storage: Safety & Security will store all incoming packages for 90 days. Unclaimed packages will be returned to the sender, where applicable, or disposed of.
Outgoing packages: For assistance with outgoing packages, please contact the Safety & Security team. A $5 fee may apply to all outgoing packages up to 100 pounds.
Durable Medical Equipment
If you or someone in your party requires durable medical equipment such as shower chairs, crutches, or toilet seat risers, please contact the property. They'll be happy to provide a list of third-party vendors who may be able to assist you.
Service Animal Policy:
Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.
Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

Excellent location for a wedding over at Edgewood. A few of the other guests stayed here as well. Robert sent over crystal clear directions. Easy check in. One thing to research prior to coming is the parking situation! We used valet which was great but I'm sure there are more affordable options around. Great location within Tahoe! Came for a concert which was easily walkable from this location which made it super easy! Great set up.
