SERVICE ANIMAL POLICY
Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.
Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

Pool Guidelines
For the safety and consideration of all our guests, please follow these guidelines when using the resort pools:
•Pools are open from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., weather permitting.
•Please do not use towels or personal items to save pool chairs for more than 30 minutes. Property left unattended longer than 30 minutes will be removed and secured by our Safety & Security team so other guests may enjoy the chairs.
•For pool towels, scan your room key at a towel tracker machine located on each pool deck. Please take only one towel per guest in your party and return them at any towel machine before leaving the pool.
•Inflatable pool floats are not allowed (except floats for infants and life jackets or swim armbands for small children).
*No lifeguards are on duty at the pool or other water areas. Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times while in these areas.

Great location and easy check in. Thank you! Awesome location & room! Made our vacation magical. Resort had all that we needed including a nice, large (warm) swimming pool, laundry (free) and other activities! Room itself was super clean, had all that one might need including plenty of towels and super comfy bed (including a sofa bed that was actually comfortable). Sat out on the balcony to do some work and all in all was a very good experience for our family! Thank you Robert for being a great host and offering your place for us to stay! Will be coming back! Beautiful place! We have stayed here before in another property, and hope to stay again in the future. It was good the only thing i did not like was that there was humidity in the room. Bed sheets and blankets were moist. Would wake up the next morning and my pajamas were moist it really disrupted my sleep.
