* This is not a 1 Bedroom - This is a guestroom/studio villa, similar to a hotel room with resort features, and this unit is not necessarily the one in the picture; the specific unit will be assigned at check-in.
* Specific villas aren’t owned at Marriott resorts. The resort assigns your villa 2 - 3 days prior to your arrival. Special requests aren’t guaranteed.
*Marriott is now requiring for us to add your address, email and phone number once you’ve booked to avoid problems at check-in.
* You are booking directly with a Marriott owner
* No Free Daily Maid Service
* Yes! You have FREE access to all the resort amenities
*Please be informed that there is an approximately $50 per night fully refundable deposit, provided you don’t charge anything to your room, similar to a hotel.

Service Animal Policy
Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.
Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

Hotel staff were all super friendly and helpful! We used this as a place to sleep after a day at Universal and it was perfect—the staff even accommodated us for a late check out without charge. Highly recommend! Victor

It was a pleasure staying at Robert’s place. Everything was very clean and private. it was exactly what my wife and I needed. We would absolutely stay there again. Thank you !! Checkin was easy with the Marriott confirmation #. The front desk was very friendly. the room was exactly what we needed as a couple. (comfortable bed, couch, plenty of pillows, nice bath, small kitchette, and generous balcony overlooking a lake. we only had. 1 night but wish we could've stayed longer.Wed deinately stay here again.
