Cashless Resort
Limited cash is accepted at the Front Desk. Credit cards and room charges are the only acceptable forms of payment at other locations.
Service Animal Policy
Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.
Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.
General Property Updates
Four electric car charging stations are available for a one-time charge of fee $15.
Off-site parking is available for a fee.
On-site valet parking only. Effective Mar. 20, 2023, valet parking is available for a fee of $35US daily.
The resort does not offer self-parking or parking of boats, recreational vehicles, trailers, or vehicles taller than 7 feet, 2 inches. All rental reservations include a tidy service every other day.
Packages are available for pickup in the lobby or delivery to your villa by our Safety & Security team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
All incoming packages will incur a handling fee based on the item’s size (see below).

Handling fees will be applied as a room charge upon the package’s arrival if a credit card has been placed on file. Handling fees that cannot be applied as a room charge will be due upon delivery to the recipient.

Storage: Safety & Security will store all incoming packages for 90 days. Unclaimed packages will be returned to the sender, where applicable, or disposed of.
Outgoing packages: For assistance with outgoing packages, please contact the Safety & Security team. A $5 fee may apply to all outgoing packages up to 100 pounds.
Durable Medical Equipment
If you or someone in your party requires durable medical equipment such as shower chairs, crutches, or toilet seat risers, please contact the property. They'll be happy to provide a list of third-party vendors who may be able to assist you.

Robert was great , the place was awesome. Right next to the gondola and the ski rental place and great restaurants! If we hadn’t flown into Reno we wouldn’t have needed a rental car! Everything was close and outstanding ! We loved our time here ! Thanks Robert The place is perfect and super convenient if you are skiing in Heavenly. The gondola was in front of our window. It could not be closer. Check-in was easy although not flexible with the time (not available before 4pm). The room was confortable and big, the kitchen has everything you need if you buy prepared food, you will have a small fridge, a microwave and a sink (no stove).
The bathroom could have been better. Low water pressure and water tempetature was too hot and not easy to change. we had to call maintenance and then it the temperature control was better.
The only bad thing was the smell in the room. You could smell the grease and fry smell from the restaurant in the street level. Actually the bad smell was in whole area of the lift and main aisle of our floor.
The owner is friendly and was really quick to respond our messages and queries. Melissa

It is located right next to the gondola for Heavenly which was amazing. We could walk out the door, get on the gondola and be on top of the hill ready to ski in no time The condo was clean, size wise it is more of a large hotel room but plenty big for what we needed.
The Marriott has a place to store your ski equipment, as well as your luggage if you need to check out before you’re done skiing. It is also within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Valet parking was very nice too. I would stay here again. Richard

Instructions were great and very helpful. Location of the property can't be beaten, right in the heart of it all, while still being quiet and peaceful at night. Only downsize was the size of the kitchen and dining table. Although we booked this for a family of 4, it only had 2 seats and a very small table meaning we had to eat out each night. Would have been good to have had been allocated one of the larger rooms with 4 seats and large table (which 90% of the rooms are by the look of it).
