Service Animal Policy
Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.
Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.
General Property Updates
Effective Jun. 1, 2024, we will begin charging for guest packages received and stored on-site. The package fee is $5 per box or envelope weighing up to 20 pounds, with an additional $10 charge for packages weighing more than 20 pounds. Marriott Vacation Club Owners can receive up to 5 packages complimentary; on the sixth package, the package fee will apply. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
On-site parking is $25 daily per car, with complimentary parking for Owners, Exchange, and Marketing Packages.

Had a business conference at nearby JW Marriott that was sold out and much more expensive. Tony’s place was a pleasant 5-10 minute walk from an adjacent sister Marriott property around a lake and golf course but had better room amenities to work remotely such as a kitchenette and a dining room table. The resort’s amenities are amazing and you have access to the JW’s bigger but more crowded pool. The lakeside resort was much calmer and way more affordable. Highly recommended!
