Our cancellation policy is you can make any changes or cancellation 61 days or more prior to your arrival, once you are within 60 days there is no changes or cancellations allowed; There is a cancellation fee of $ 50 regardless to pay in the event of a cancellation.
61 days plus from check in = 100% refund - $50 cancellation fee
60 days or less from check in = NO Cancellations +$50 cancellation fee

We loved this property! We wish we could have stayed longer. Comfortable beds, equipped kitchen & great location. Robert was clear about check in instructions and made it seamless. First I want to say that we left a Disney Parks Minnie red sequined loungefly backpack there. Please please reach out to the host so they can contact me if any of you find it. It was my daughter's birthday gift, full of stuff, and we have no idea how she left it there. <br/>That said, the place is super nice and we wish we would have had more time there. Everything about the villa is spectacular. Robert was very communicative and made gave very clear check in instructions. Would most definitely rent again!
