Construction Updates
Effective Jul. 1, 2024, we will begin charging for guest packages received and stored on-site. The package fee is $5 per box or envelope weighing up to 20 pounds, with an additional $10 charge for packages weighing more than 20 pounds. Marriott Vacation Club Owners can receive up to 5 packages complimentary; on the sixth package, the package fee will apply. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

There is no cash available at this property and credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment.
Service Animal Policy
Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.
Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

I had a great time at Robert Airbnb it was clean and very spacious will book again if I’m in the area This was a spacious, quiet, and cost-effective alternative to the Marriott Orlando World Center hotel towers, while still very close proximity to the convention center space (and even closer to the main pools!). Well stocked kitchen and comfortable bed and furniture. Private secluded patio. So very glad I stayed here rather than inside the hotel!
