General Property Updates
All Owners and guests are required to wear property wristbands while using the resort amenities. One-bedroom and Guestroom reservations are able to have up to 4 wristbands per room. Two-bedroom reservations are able to have up to 8 wristbands. Wristbands must be worn at all times in resort common areas. The resort is not able to give or sell additional wristbands.
On-site parking is $25 daily per vehicle for all rental reservations. Parking fees are included for Owner stays and other vacation ownership package reservations.

Durable Medical Equipment

Construction Updates
Landslide repair work will occur nearby from Mar. 1, 2024, through Jul. 30, 2025. Please anticipate construction noise from the backside of our property during this time.
The MountainSide Pool will be closed from Apr. 1, 2025, through Jun. 15, 2025, for pool lining refurbishment. Please anticipate construction noise during this time.

Service Animal Policy
Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.
Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

Robert was super as communicator. The place was a Marriott where I have stayed
many times so this is really an evaluation of Marriott Pictures posted are of a top floor unit & it was more expensive than other suites in the same Marriott building. I asked host when booking to verify that we would get the top floor with Mountain views like the pictures showed as that would be worth the extra cost. We ended up on the 2nd floor looking at a building right next to the Marriott. When I contacted the host, he offered vouchers for trips to places we didn’t want to go. He was good at vague communication that resulted in no action or accountability. The property is nice, but I would book with someone else or directly with the Marriott in the future. The company that manages this time share lacks ethics & accountability. Duncan

Very nice, would recommend to a friend We were very impressed with the room and the entire facility. The pools are fantastic. It is a beautiful setting.
