Marriott’s Willow Ridge Lodge will be undergoing an enhancement project from Apr. 1, 2024, through Jun. 1, 2024. During this time, guests may experience modified resort amenities. Please anticipate contractors and light construction noise during your upcoming stay.

Service Animal Policy
Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.
Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

This place was great and we will definitely stay again! great location and easy access to everything! Our stay was perfect. The place was very clean. It was like having our own 1 bedroom apt. Close to the aquarium and alot of other things. Quiet area. Nice sm deck. There were alot of amenities that we didnt use Easy check-in. The Marriott front desk staff was friendly and already had our information ready. Photos of the condo are accurate for a one bedroom. Units are assigned at check-in. The one bedrooms have a very deep tub-shower combo which is a possible concern for less mobile guests but there is a sturdy handicap grab bar. Very quiet during the time of week and season for our visit. The resort is a timeshare but no presentation is needed or suggested. There is a concierge on site for scheduling tickets for local shows. Black out curtains in the bedroom are a plus and the mattress was very comfortable. This is our second time staying at this resort and will stay again.
