The adjacent property, Ford’s Colony Eaglescliff, is undergoing renovation. Please anticipate visible and audible construction work during normal business hours. Work is expected to continue through 2024.
The Ford’s Colony community is constructing residential townhomes adjacent to Marriott’s Manor Club - Sequel. Active land and building development is ongoing. Please expect visual and audible construction work through 2025.

The place was beautiful! My kids enjoyed the pool, and we loved walking around the grounds. It was close to colonial Williamsburg and lots of other fun activities. Would definitely come again! Eileen

Robert’s place was such a comfortable, welcoming place for my family to stay - I just wish we’d had more time to enjoy the space and all the amenities. It’s a very spacious 2br apt, with everything we needed plus a very helpful staff on hand. Would definitely stay again when we’re in the area!
