Limited cash is accepted at the Front Desk. Credit cards and room charges are the only acceptable forms of payment at other locations.
SERVICE ANIMAL POLICY
Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.
Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.
PROPERTY UPDATES:
CONSTRUCTION UPDATE: Beginning June 7, 2026 to Oct. 4, 2026, Marriott’s Grand Chateau will be undergoing villa refurbishment. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate construction noise during this time. All other resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment.
Packages are available for pickup in the lobby or delivery to your villa by our Safety & Security team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
All incoming packages over 1 pound will incur a handling fee based on the item’s weight (See below).
Package Handling Fees
0 – 1.0 lbs = No Charge
1.1– 25 lbs = $5.00
25.1 – 50 lbs = $15.00
50.1 – 100 lbs = $25.00
Over 100.1 lbs = $50.00
Crate or Pallet = $150.00
•Handling fees will be applied as a room charge upon the package’s arrival if a credit card has been placed on file.
•Handling fees that cannot be applied as a room charge will be due upon delivery to the recipient.
•The package’s recipient must be present with valid identification at the time of delivery.
Storage: Safety & Security will store all incoming packages for 90 days. Unclaimed packages will be returned to the sender (where applicable) or disposed of.
Outgoing packages: For assistance with outgoing packages, please contact the Safety & Security team (a $5 fee may apply to all outgoing packages up to 100 lbs).
Durable Medical Equipment: If you or someone in your party requires durable medical equipment such as shower chairs, crutches, or toilet seat risers, please contact the property. They'll be happy to provide a list of third-party vendors who may be able to assist you.

Was my personal first time staying in an Airbnb and I am very particular and I want say this is the best Airbnb that I have ever and will ever stay at when I visit Vegas. It was myself and three adult children and a 17 year-old and it was spacious. It was welcoming. It was clean and even the activities at the Marriott itself was limitless and we were literally across the street from Miracle Mile shops so it definitely was the perfect location and I love being on high floors and our floor was very nice views from both sides and it was immaculate. I was very impressed how clean it was. The check-in was very seamless. No worries at all. Robert was great if I had a question he would respond in less than two hours and very detailed. I didn’t have many questions because he was so very detailed which I truly appreciated. I would most definitely be back within a few months hopefully! The stay was great with only one minor complaint that could have been a hotel maintenance issue or due to our user error. Regardless, it didn't affect the quality of the stay. Plus, there we bonuses provided by Marriott that we were not aware of. They had an activity and fitness schedule for additional activities that we chose to take part in. One highlight was the Kids Day Camp where Marriott watched our kids for 2 hours for an additional fee. 2 hours without kids? Yes please! The kids loved it to. Also, a free drink was offered daily. Nothing special, but a bonus nonetheless. The apartment was exactly as described in the listing. Perfectly located; fabulously comfortable bed; amazing view; well equipped kitchen; pleasant decor and furnishings.<br/>And Robert was incredibly attentive and helpful. <br/>Highly recommended!! Great location on the strip. The rooms were pristine, beds comfortable, and staff were extremely friendly. Highly recommended!
