Construction Updates
The resort fountains are undergoing renovation work from Feb.11, 2024, to Jul. 20, 2024. Work will occur daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Please anticipate contractors and construction noise during your upcoming stay.

Service Animal Policy
Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The Villas II is a great accommodation with plenty of room, clean, and Marriott property overall is excellent. Enjoyed the large patio while watching golfers on the course. Check-in process took awhile since Marriott reservation desk was busy; however they'll work with you and try to accommodate a villa with a view (especially if you're a Marriott loyalty member). Property is beautiful with ponds, ducks & geese. We played The Palms course and it was in pretty good condition for it being December. I highly recommend this property for leisure stay with lots of amenities near by. A
