Service Animal Policy
Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.
Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.
Emotional support animals and comfort animals are not recognized as assistance or service animals under the law. Fraudulently representing a dog as a guide, signal or service dog is a crime under California Penal Code 365.7.

- On-site parking is $25 daily per vehicle for all rental reservations. Parking fees are included for Owner stays and other vacation ownership package reservations.
- Marriott’s Shadow Ridge endeavors to support our community through a unique and thoughtful donation campaign called “Donating Socks Rocks.” Our goal is to partner with Owners, guests, and associates to gather 10,000 pairs of new socks throughout the year to donate to various local shelters, community centers, and the like. Please assist us in donating any new or packaged socks by dropping your donations off at the Front Desk during your stay. Both Marriott's Shadow Ridge and the community thank you!

Tennis Courts may be reserved 48 hours in advance through the Mirage Activity Center in person or by dialing extension 4665. Reservations are 1 hour, and 1 court can be reserved per room. Daily Play is from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Tennis equipment is available for complimentary rental at the Mirage Activity Center.

This was or second time staying at Marriott Shadow Ridge, and we have had a great time both visits.
Our host, Robert, was very informative with the check-in process which was very helpful!
The unit we stayed in was spotless and had a great patio view (3rd floor) of the golf course and mountains. The bed was super comfortable too!
Because we were in town for the BNP Tennis tournament we didn't spend a lot of time on the grounds, but Shadow Ridge has many activities throughout each day. We did get to enjoy a couple afternoon social Happy Hours which we enjoyed.
The heated pools are fantastic, and the main pool is gigantic!
Overall, it was another 5-star stay at Shadow Ridge, and we will definitely be back! Great location. Wonderful amenities. Beautiful modern clean space. Tennis and pickleball courts a few steps away. Would book this again. The place is as described. The bed is comfortable and slightly on the soft side. Kitchenette has full sized coffee maker with basic coffee making supplies. It includes a toaster, small microwave and under the counter refrigerator. Basic plates, cups and eating utensils. The grounds are nice and plenty of recreational options. We were there to attend the tennis tournament (about a 15 minute drive away) so we did not participate in any of the activities offered. A beautiful complex in a great location. The host was outstanding in providing useful information. Check in and check out was seamless! Highly recommend!
