Cashless Resort
There is no cash available at this resort, and credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment.
Service Animal Policy
Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.
Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.
General Property Updates
On-site parking is $25 daily per vehicle for all rental reservations. Parking fees are included for Owner stays and other vacation ownership package reservations.

Everything was great and as advertised. Instructions were clear as well. Would definitely stay here again! Amazing stay. Everything was exactly as described, and the host was extremely helpful and quick with their communication. The location was easily one of the best ever, close to everything you would want to check out during a stay in Park City. I will absolutely be staying here again if given another opportunity. I had a fantastic stay! The location is absolutely perfect for Park City—just steps away from Main Street and with great access to the slopes. The check-in process was seamless and hassle-free. The space was comfortable and had everything I needed for a great trip. Highly recommend staying here—I’ll definitely be back!
