Before your departure, we wanted to make you aware of the possibility of inclement weather during your upcoming vacation. Based on reports from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration http://www.noaa.gov, the resort is under a tropical weather advisory. The management team is monitoring the approaching storm and preparing the resort. However, there is no change to the operating status of the resort at this time.
We encourage you to actively monitor the current weather situation before you depart and check flight status through your airline carrier. Further updates on resort operating status will be provided on this page should weather conditions warrant.
Construction Updates
Marriott’s Harbour Point and Sunset Pointe will be undergoing an enhancement project from Nov. 1, 2024, through May 1, 2025. During this time, guests may experience limited-view obstructions if located in this building. Additionally, anticipate minor construction noise between the hours of 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.

Service Animal Policy
Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.
Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

Great place and host. <br/>I’ll come back for sure. Thanks When I entered the apartment it was beautiful and welcoming! I loved the apartment. The beds are comfortable, and loved the amenities of home.<br/>The website Needs a house number, and correct pin to map the area or use a GPS. It takes me to a restaurant called chop. Nobody knew the building, or could find the exact name of the development.<br/>The entrance is in the back of the buildings. I stayed in the pelican building, the sign is hard to find at night, very dark parking lot and entrance to the building.<br/>Could not get the number of the building and address until after 5:00. I was on the phone with air b&b for a spell trying to contact the owner with an address. It’s Very upsetting NOT getting an address or the correct address on the pin PROVIDED TO AIR B&B! I missed an appointment for dinner with my Aunt because of this mishap! Incredible bang for your buck! A ton of space!
