I am very disappointed. There was an inclement weather on that day and highway that leads from Atlanta to this place was simply closed. It was Act of God and there was nothing that I could do about it. However, this place refused to refund my money or reschedule my stay. They simply pocketed my money without providing any value. I understand that formally, they had right to do it but their actions were very un-American. Normally, American businesses are accommodating and flexible and they understand what Act of God means so they typically accommodate change of circumstances. Unfortunately, this is not the case with this accommodation. I will never do any business with them again
