WorldMark owns 63 studio and one-bedroom units in this resort and shares Avenue Plaza with Wyndham Vacation Resorts. Studio units have a compact kitchenette area that includes a sink, microwave and coffee maker. Studios may have a king, queen, or two queen beds in living area. Ride the St. Charles Avenue streetcar to the French Quarter, where you’ll find hundreds of restaurants and jazz clubs. Step into the city’s rich past with a tour of historic New Orleans homes. Explore the unique aboveground cemeteries, rich with folklore and shrouded in mystery. Or walk along the Mississippi riverfront, where you could easily spend an entire day.

Parking at Worldmark New Orleans – Avenue Plaza is by valet service only with a nightly fee and is limited to one vehicle per unit. Leaving your vehicle parked on the street overnight is not recommended. The resort does not have parking available for oversized vehicles, such as boats and RVs.
This resort is happy to provide an outdoor pool, fitness center and rooftop sun deck. Please note that parking at Worldmark New Orleans – Avenue Plaza is by valet service only with a nightly fee and is limited to one vehicle per unit. Leaving your vehicle parked on the street overnight is not recommended. RV or boat parking is not available.

Pool hours are 6 a.m.-11 p.m. Children who are not fully potty trained must wear swim diapers. There are no lifeguards on duty. Please refer to posted pool signage for more information.
The resort's pool and hot tub area will be closed beginning Nov. 29. During this time, there may be noise, dust, odor, and work crews on-site. Dates are subject to change.
Valet parking is available on-site for $20.24 per night for owners and $50.60 per night for guests. Self-parking is not available at this resort.
Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Wyndham Destinations Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Wyndham Destinations Managed locations.
