Construction Updates
Beginning on July 15, 2024 and lasting approximately six weeks, our Blossom’s Pool Bar and Grill will be undergoing a renovation. During this time we will still be providing full menu and drink service, but from an alternate location adjacent to our Breezeway and MarketPlace. Our hours of operation will remain the same along with our full menu availability.
Service Animal Policy
Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.
Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.
General Property Updates
Effective Jun. 1, 2024, we will begin charging for guest packages received and stored on-site. The package fee is $5 per box or envelope weighing up to 20 pounds, with an additional $10 charge for packages weighing more than 20 pounds. Marriott Vacation Club Owners can receive up to 5 packages complimentary; on the sixth package, the package fee will apply. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
On-site parking is $25 daily per vehicle for all rental reservations. Parking fees are included for Owner stays and other vacation ownership package reservations

If you have a choice of staying here or at the Marriott or Ritz next door you'll get more for your $ here - a suite for the price of a hotel room. The grounds and amenities are great too. Pictures are accurate, Tony is responsive. A+ option.
