Important Weather Update
Please be advised that the City of Marco Island and Collier County issued a Mandatory Evacuation on October 7, 2024, for certain zones within Marco Island, which includes Marriott’s Crystal Shores, due to the threat posed by Hurricane Milton. Based on this Mandatory Evacuation, the property is currently closed as the management team prepares for the arrival of the Hurricane. Updates on the storm can be found on the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
During the closure, updates on the resort’s operating status will be provided on this page. This situation is dynamic and changing rapidly. Due to the fluidity of the storm, at this time we cannot provide you with a date when we will reopen and be operational.
Construction Notice
Beginning Sept. 16 through Oct. 20, 2024, the Upper Cascade pool, spas and pool deck will be closed for maintenance. Our Grotto Pool & Lower Cascade Pool will remain open during this time. This work will require closures to normal pathways, the presence of contractors, and during certain times construction noise. Work will take place between the hours of 9 a.m to 7 p.m. daily.
